At Travel Glid, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations of bookings and services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their bookings by notifying Travel Glid in writing or via the contact methods provided. Cancellation charges depend on the timing of the cancellation as outlined below.

• More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus applicable service fees.
• 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund (100% cancellation fee).

2. Cancellation by Travel Glid

Travel Glid reserves the right to cancel or alter bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, insufficient booking numbers, or supplier changes. Customers will be notified promptly and offered alternative options or a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for scheduled services without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the full payment.

5. Alterations to Bookings

Requests to alter bookings (dates, destinations, travel details) are subject to availability and may incur charges. Prior approval from Travel Glid is required.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical, and other unforeseen risks.
